"Loved the hotel its in a good location, has all the amenities you need. Clean, modern, I've never been to a hotel where it smelt so good all the time. I would love to know what they use. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The extra space to relax in, the games room, pool all are very good. The room in itself for 2 adults and a teenager was a bit of a squeeze but it still worked as we weren't in the room that much. "The hotel would be better off as a completely smoke-free building. We had a child, and the front desk informed us that only smoking floors were available. Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay."

"I really liked the location, very convient to get about in taxi, 20_30 minutes journey to alot of places, beaches, the palm, global village, dubai mall. Really enjoyed eating at the Bench Restaurant and Cafe which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Beds at this hotel were very comfortable, i got a good nite sleep here. "Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

The staff were kind, helpful, and told me all about Dubai, and they had the most beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea and the Eye of Dubai in front of me. "This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault. "
