"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. "Expensive. Our superior room was on two levels which meant we would have had to go down stairs in the dark for the loo. So we opted for another room with a shower over the bath.
