"located in downtown KulaLampoor, convenient for everythig.The breakfast was good, dining room was clean and the food had variety. I liked the Late coffee & I had 3 cups everyday. We could order the dinner menu and they prepared it soon. The service desk was very helpful, our room phone was inoperative, but the service desk person came up to our room and woke us up in time for the taxi. I recommend anyone to stay at this Holiday Inn. Keep up the good work guys."

"Property condition was good and clean. Only recommendation would be to have room cleaning service at least once in 2 days "

"Excellent location for KLIA. But, my suggestion is go around the building not go through the mall. It's kind of complicated."

"The property was neat having a view to petronas Tower. overall the studio apartment has most of the appliances for basic needs. i will recommend this proprty who needs a infinity pool lokking petronas and gym."

"We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market."

"Room was okay, as expected. Staff could be a bit more accommodating, some staff members spoke little Malay/English and came off as rude. Do not plan to rely on the hotel's wifi. The wifi did not work for most sites and was extremely slow in the case that it did. Area is really good, convenient to most places."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and close to many shopping and food options. Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"The condo is very clean and organize. My suggestion is to put papertowel in the kitchen when washing hands or doing something in the kitchen coz the small towel that was provided is not that clean.just for the safety of your costumers health."

"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"Room had a cigarette smell that I didn’t like but when I contacted front desk she sent housekeeping. Housekeeping said there’s a smell but not cigarettes. When I asked her what she smell she couldn’t tell me. When I requested another room the said I would get a lower floor while I paid for a high floor "
