"I stayed 5 nights during a cold spell (Low 50s-F at night). Location is great but a bit hard to find inside a small lane. Staff was friendly and prompt with service, especially if you connect with them on Line. Like most hotels in Taiwan there was no heater in the room, but they provided an extra comforter which helped. Amenities are good for the low price I paid; there's a mini-fridge but no access to microwave (again, not unusual). Love having an electric tea kettle for instant hot water. Even...

"Second time staying here. Love the location across from the park and the museum. Staff helped with suggestions and transport in the greater Taichung area and followed up with us. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and definitely oriented towards the Asian palate but with options for all. Each floor was decorated with a different quirky theme that changes every few months. This month it reflected the same Year of the Rabbit art that was featured in the museum."
