We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. "The hotel was good. The only negative is that the two lifts are very slow. Breakfast had a range of hot and cold choices, plus juices and hot drinks. The area around the hotel is a bit dingy, but it is directly across the road from a number of metro, bus and tram lines and the Eurostar terminal. The Sunday market (also across the road) is great for fresh food bargains."
