"Hip, but uneven. Staff is great. Lobby lovely. Restaurant is a gem and well-priced for LA. Rooms are below par. There are only a ladder and wall hooks for hanging clothes; no closet or wardrobe. No dresser or even luggage rack for suitcase. Clearly, the hotel is designed for short-term stays only. Had a balcony with plants that hadn’t been weeded in ages, an indication of general lack of care. No recycling in room. Noisy. Horrible, oppressive, dark green rooms and hallways."

"I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING "
