"We loved the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It’s right downtown by the water. Walk one block to town. Great food and an absolutely adorable little town. I would highly recommend it. We also have two dogs. We will come again Only negative for some might be the train is behind the hotel. There two days only heard it twice. Was not an issue for us. Still love it!!!"

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was quite delicious. "We had a great time staying here. The parking was easy and this place is so convenient to be able to walk anywhere downtown. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. If you stay on the “north” side of the property, the bands that play next door at the Green Turtle can get a bit loud (till 11:00-12:00 pm) but we toughed it out and made the best of the situation and joined in the crowd one of our nights. Great time and would definitely stay again! Thanks"

"We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"
