"Never a bad stay when I come here. A couple things I did not like this time. 1. At check-in the attendant was not welcoming. Normally check ins are great! Not this time. 2. There was some kind of dragon conference and the hotel was packed. I love that for Sonesta, but guests were bad about slamming doors throughout the night. 3. "I was not aware that there was a $13 per night parking fee. That was not listed as a charge and one of my filters was for free parking. The service in the Bistro was bad. There was one very nice and hospitable gentleman taking orders serving the food, . and cleaning up the tables on a very busy Sat morning. The cook finally noticed the back up and came out to serve food. Mine was cold but it was no one’s fault other than management."
