"The hotel double booked our 2 family rooms for two nights. We had originally booked to stay for 3 nights. They could only give us one night there as they had no spare rooms for us to stay that weekend. I had to find another hotel to book last minute for the remainder. We stayed one night and the rooms were awful. Glad that they had double booked us. There were cockroaches in our room, Aircon wasn't working well so it was very hot all night. "It was our first time in Hue and we enjoyed the location so much. Our room overlooked the Perfume River and there is a lovely pedestrian riverwalk. A number of vegan restaurants were also within close walking distance. The staff were all helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious and had some vegetarian and vegan options. Thank you to Hai and Quy in particular for making our stay a great one. When we come back to Hue, we will definitely stay here again. "
