"The first night of our stay, about 4:30 in the morning, the ceiling in our bathroom fell down. It scared us to death. The staff was terrific and moved us to another room in the morning when we reported it. The night desk person (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was so helpful and personable. We would stay there again."

"All in all my stay here was great, the only isse was the smell of our bathroom. No matter what spray of how we cleaned it, it had this smell. But not to sound rude, visiting France my family and I noticed how most of their bathrooms were not very clean so I guess having a smell was not the worst thing we bumped into. At least the floor and toilet area in our room was clean."

"We enjoyed the stay and had a spacious room to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central and walking distance to all the great landmarks in Paris. The floor of the room very dusty and the we only had a bath where we would have preferred a shower. The rooms were not very soundproof with person snoring in the room next door kept us up. Would still recommend though. "
