"Owner Penny is lovely. We stayed in the cottage which is three rooms plus kitchen and one bath. One room king, one room queen and two twins and a sofa in main room. So great for small family. Penny allows early check in at 2. And will store your luggage if you can’t get a ferry til late. This is a lovely bungalow type place. There are roaming chickens and roosters. And a light continental breakfast. Close to town. We’d definitely stay here on our next stay "

"Overall very nice accommodations. Bathroom in our suite was somewhat awkward - the shower set-up got the whole bathroom floor wet, and i hit my head 3 times on a stairwell underlayment that cuts into the shower/bathroom space. But overall very nice and well appointed."

"We had a great one night stay here while in Esperanza. I would come back for the good vibes and fantastic location. The room we had was large with a nice terrace and sitting room. The owner Skip is super friendly and helpful. "

"It was an ok experience. I wish I would’ve known more information about the services that were available. I didn’t know that the bathroom was located outside of the room. Also, there was no refrigerator ti keep cold items nor a coffee maker to make coffee. Which by the way the island, didn’t have coffee almost anywhere especially in the evening/night hours. "Loved the grounds and the indoor/ outdoor affect. The crickets and birds were a wonderful calming noise to fall to sleep to. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the outdoor shower was excellent. I loved the design and the sleek clean kitchenette with seemingly brand new IKEA pots and pans. The service was not great. Our room was never cleaned which was fine except we had to go in search of toilet paper. . They never brought us the fresh bread On day 3 I had to go ask for it. Our room did not...

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"We took our friend to the hotel and he had no hot water in his room. Otherwise that I love the hotel as our 1st night in St Marteen before our timeshare starts on Saturday. "

"This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay. "
