The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!! "

"The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked. After checkout they refused to return my passport, because they were trying to scam me to pay cash for incidentals which never occurred. "Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. "One of the nicer hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable and liked the size of the bunk and the setup. Could keep my bag at foot of bed in the bunk, and there was also a locker under the bed. Close to Petronas Towers and seemed pretty easy to get around in my short stay."
