"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "When I wanted to check-in, the front desk person told me that they did not received my booking despite I showed him the Hotels.com booking record and receipt. It took me a hour for waiting. "

"Comfy beds, nice hot shower, excellent stass...thank you Zas. The 3 in 1 coffee sachets was nof yo my liking although I was desperate for coffee....I'm a black coffee girl😉. Overall a great place to stay before early morning flights. Definitely recommend and would come back again. "

"LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door...
