"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "We enjoyed our stay with many thanks to Leo, Mary and the young fellow who hoisted my bag up and down the stairs. Our suite was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view of Playa La Ropa and the fireworks on New Year’s Eve! So close to the beach and so many any excellent restaurants. "I have stayed here twice and will come back. It's a nice laid back property, now with a second larger swimming pool in the back of the main building. The staff is friendly and attentive. I haven't taken advantage of the mini-kitchen that is part of the terrace or balcony room.
