"We had an amazing view of the port from our room. It was a decent walk to the dining and shopping area. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Only one little complaint was the water during our shower was a bit inconsistent-extremely hot back to normal. Overall ,we had a great stay. "

They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. The woman and french guy were very nice. The other two said things like "nope, dont have towels" and thats it. Or "this is a hotel not a hostel" when i told them there was no water. "I didn't know it had shared toilet facilities and there was no washbasin in the toilet facility. I would not have booked had I known. The room was four floors up, no lift in the building so struggling with luggage was awkward. The room was cramped with a small shower fitted at the end of the bed (literally).Wardrobe handles broken. Wire coat hangers! (They bent under the weight of my biker jacket). Noisy neighbours on the shared floor."
