Following that you will leave for Kuza Cave. The tour there will start with you looking at artefacts from the cave, as well as a timeline of Swahili history. You will travel back in time to the beginning of mankind's storey, learning how humans originated in East Africa.

Following that, you will discover an ancient limestone cave and crystal clear healing mineral water pool. It will take a moment to get into the water, but you'll find it is extremely relaxing once you've acclimatised. After swimming in the cave you will proceed for a cooking lesson.
