Reception of the guests with the welcome aperitif during which our painting will be in tasting - Negroamaro rosé IGP Salento accompanied by homemade friselline with fresh cherry tomatoes and our Jarche extra virgin olive oil.
Guided tour in the cellar and, during the tour in the barricia, tasting of a primitive stapled directly from the barrique. The same type of wine tasted in barrique will then be tasted in the bottle (our primitive of Manduria DOP), to compare a wine in ageing with the finished product, all accompanied by the tasting of local production pecorino cheese.
At the end of the guided tour, tasting of our primitive of Manduria DOCG Natural Dolce accompanied by “hard pieces”, typical Apulian sweets rich in almonds.
A dinner in the cellar is followed by a dinner in a semi-hypogeum oil mill with a typical Apulian menu based on the one expected daily by our chef (excluded wines).
