Entering the canning factory, and guided by an expert, we will learn all the ins and outs of Santoña anchovies. From their capture, through the salting process, filleting and removal of bones, we will witness the entire journey that anchovies follow until they reach their status as a culinary delight. During a 30-minute visit, we will explore all the facilities and also become familiar with the anchovy conservation process.
