What you can expect

Your guide will pick you up at your accomodation. From here you will take off in a minibus to reach the foothills of the Larzac Plateau, where you will make your first stop in a famous winery of the region. You will visit the cellar and oak barrel room, and finish with a tasting of their top quality wines. Then, you'll visit a second traditionnal winery and taste their excellent range of wines OR you can choose to visit a local potter or a unic French caviar producer instead.

You will then continue your tour, stopping on the way to admire the view of the gorges of the Hérault from the famous Devil's Bridge. Following this, you will head to the charming Medieval village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert, a jewel of Romanesque art in Languedoc, and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Whilst here you can take the time to stroll through the Medieval streets, and visit its famous abbey. You will then have free time for lunch in one of the restaurants of the village.

In the afternoon, visit a third boutique winery, where you'll learn about its history and taste their range of organic wines. You'll be back at your accomodation by 5:00 PM.
