Itamambuca Brava Beach is located in the northern region of Ubatuba, and its terrestrial access is by trail, inside the Atlantic Forest.
Itamambuca Brava Beach is full of giant stones, ornamed by bromeliads, caetés, cacti and vines. Care must be taken with the tidal pitfalls because the beach is of fall, irregular sand, present current and with the high tide the beach disappears. The path by usual trail to the Brava de Itamambuca beach begins in the coast, in the left corner of the beach, just after the small stream. One can observe a rock that forms a smooth wall, in which is a support rope, is where the adventure begins.
Sunfall, the route requires a lot of attention not to slip downhill, and sometimes feet and hands are required at the same time. If you find bifurcations, the advisable is always to go right, and the trail time is approximately 35 minutes.
Already at the top of the hill, is observed the beach of Itamambuca, and centuries-old trees of leafy trunks present all the way, such as Figueiras and Guapuruvus, there are some points of water along the way, and many fragrant jasmins.
