Tlacotalpan, also known as “The Pearl of the Papaloapan”, is a town with well-preserved architecture and traditions. We invite you to tour this town that has been declared a World Heritage by UNESCO and that at the time of its marine boom came to receive large sailboats and schooners from Europe.
Among our visiting points are the Netzahualcoyotl Theatre or windward colossus, and the Agustin Lara house-museum where some of his belongings of the musician and composer are exhibited.
We will also visit Alvarado, a city of commerce, where the purchase and sale of sea products is the most common and where its beautiful river carpentry works are recognised throughout Veracruz and the republic.
