What you can expect

Enter the warm and familiar atmosphere of a real bolognese family, introducing you to the traditional way of handmade pasta.
Starting with a workshop dedicated to three typical dishes of Bologna, you will learn all Nonna's secrets in order to take home the best of the traditional way of making pasta.
