Our class in Zoshigaya is just one train ride from Shibuya on the Fukutoshin Line. Along the way, you'll see Meiji Shrine and Shinjuku, and at Ikebukuro station nearby, enjoy manga and the Pokémon Centre. Don't miss the beautiful red torii gate at Kishimojin Temple nearby. Visit us after your lesson! In this lesson, you’ll experience Japanese culture with a professional chef. Perfect for beginners, the session includes making sushi and enjoying traditional matcha. In a small, friendly group setting, an English-speaking guide will assist you throughout. Over approximately 2 hours, you’ll learn about the history of sushi and prepare nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and hosomaki. After making your sushi, you’ll also have the opportunity to whisk your own matcha and enjoy it with Japanese sweets, creating a memorable experience.
