Activity itinerary

Enjoy a small & personal mixed levels yoga class while watching the sun rise over Koh Lipe. The class is mix of varying yoga styles & suitable for all levels of practice. The class begins with a gentle warm up on the mat followed by a few rounds of sun salutations before we take some standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures. Finishing off with deep relaxation and a short meditation. Start your day the right way! Enjoy this peaceful early morning class while also enjoying Ko Lipe's spectacular sunrise. It will inspire you to make the most out of your stay on Koh Lipe.
