You will learn secrets and unique traditions of Andalusian culture. We will receive you with a delicious Sangria, prepared with local wine, fruits and citrus from our harvest. We will tour the farm with the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Bermeja as a frame. We will tell you the storey of the farmers in the area. You will participate in the preparation of the traditional Paella de la “Abuela Andaluza”, with fresh products from the sea from the local market, from the mountains and from our garden. While we are explaining step by step and the history of the traditional recipe, you can have the drinks and starters you want: Mussels, Cheeses, Olives, Iberian Ham and Sausages, and Artisanal Breads.
