We cross the sea ice to the Laitakari island where Kemi city has been born over 150 years ago. The guide teaches you the basics of icetrekking and you also get to visit the historical industrial monuments of the now deserted Laitakari sawmill. The icetrek consists of total 3 km walking on unique sea ice and flat terrain.
