Know before you book

  • All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate machines and MUST provide a valid Driver's Licence.
  • Credit card is required to be placed on file in order to rent your vehicle.
  • Participants must be 9 years of age or older must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No recent surgeries, neck/back/knee problems, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions allowed on tours.
  • Minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 guests per vehicle for TERYX4 unless you are booking as solo driver.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

What you can expect

Join us for a beautiful and breathtaking 3 hour Kauai off-road scenic tour through Kipu Ranch. With a diverse landscape, abundant wildlife, and spectacular views our signature tour makes Kipu Ranch one of the premier eco-tour locations in Hawaii. Ride through lush green pastures, venture down into tropical Huleia Valley, and ascend to majestic Haupu for a breathtaking view of Kipu Kai, Kauai’s untouched paradise.

The views on the Ranch Tour include the incredible view of Kipu Kai from the top of Mt. Haupu, through the forests and along the Hule’ia River. Enjoy the historic landscape with photos of famous film locations such as Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark, and most recent The Descendants. From our Kamaaina to Visitors around the world, this tour will leave you speechless!

The Scenic Ranch Tour is our most popular eco-adventure tour. After instruction and some practice time, you embark on an exciting journey through the diverse landscape and history that makes Kipu Ranch Adventures one of the top Hawaii eco-tours in the state today. You will be sharing the area with cattle, wild pigs, pheasants, peacocks and wild chickens!

We provide a light locally made snack as well as helmets and goggles. Closed toe shoes are required.

Overall great experience. Beautiful scenery. Great guides! Just make sure you wear something you don’t mind getting ruined AND wear the goggles they give you 😬. Only draw back, a bit pricey for a family of 8. Probably should have booked from them directly. May have gotten a discount.

Really cool tour and beautiful views. The tour guides clearly love what they were doing and it was very informative as well. I would just not go with a white shirt as you will be covered in dust by the end of it

We had so much fun with Mikey and Giggles! They made a point to keep the safety of the entire group a priority yet everyone had a blast. It didn’t matter if you’re an expert ATV driver or a newbie. The sights were amazing. The guides were hilarious. Well worth it!! We learned so much about Hawaiian history and culture, and some movie trivia of course too!
