Activity itinerary

Boardwalk Bowl
  • 9m
Our tour begins at the iconic Boardwalk Bowl. Now a popular attraction on the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Boardwalk Bowl also has its fair share of hauntings. Listen as your guide shares stories of employees that have heard some truly crazy things--things that cannot be explained.
Casino Arcade
  • 8m
Step back in time as you learn the history of the Casino Arcade, another popular attraction of the Boardwalk. While the original Casino opened in 1905, the building came to a mysterious end and over the next several decades, turned into the Arcade we know today. Join us to hear more about this mystery, and about the ghosts that inhabit this popular attraction.
Neptune's Kingdom
  • 9m
Visit the only mini-golf course in Santa Cruz, and learn the haunting history of the grounds. Your guide will go into detail about some unexplained and mysterious tragedies that befell this building--and explain why employees are reluctant to speak about it.
400 Beach St
  • 8m
Take a moment to enjoy the Santa Cruz Boardwalk Sign, an iconic landmark that has had many revamps since its original opening in 1907. Learn the history of the attractions found here, along with some tragic tales of ghost riders on The Giant Dipper.
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
  • 9m
Though this beach is a picturesque location you might see on a postcard, it has quite a dark history. It is known as one of the deadliest (and most haunted) places in all of Santa Cruz--so the stories told at this stop are not for the faint of heart.
400 Beach St
  • 8m
Make a stop at Cap'n Jack Flint's Pirate Ship, a boardwalk staple that has been entertaining guests for decades. Named for the famous fictional pirate of Treasure Island, this ride boasts a 60-foot drop--perhaps after your tour you'll be brave enough to ride it. However, from the stories your guide will share here, we doubt it...
Boardwalk's Coconut Grove
  • 9m
Our tour concludes at Cocoanut Grove, a popular entertainment venue that has been around since 1907. Here, you will enjoy a few final ghost stories before your guide sends you on your way.
