Know before you book
- If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- You must weigh less than 286 pounds (130 kg) to use the ziplines.
- Children 4 -17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- You must be 18 or older to drive your own quad bike, or 16 to drive accompanied (shared quad bike).
- Children 3 and younger are not allowed. Children 4 and younger are not allowed in the horseback ride activity.
- quad bike insurance is included in the price of your experience.
- Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.
- Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels.
