This is a great day out for lovers of fine wine and looking to discover the unique Mont Sainte Victoire wine region. Leaving Aix-en-Provence, we head south through the national park - Mont St Victoire, a symbol of Provence rises over 1000 metres behind the rolling landscape and vineyards close to the historic Provençal village of Puyloubier. First a visit to Château Grand Boise and learn about the production and an opportunity to taste some of their finest wines. On our way, we stop off for a visit to Domaine de St Ser, a smaller unique bio-diversity wine producer. The vineyard is at the highest point sitting against the steep backdrop of the Mountain with its intense sunshine and dry arid mediterranean climate. A pause for lunch on the village square next to the fountain before our third and final wine tasting experience of the day - Domaine Terre de Mistral that produces more rustic wines and olive oil.
