Aramu Muru, or Hayu Marca, is unquestionably one of the most mystical sites at Lake Titicaca. In Hayu Marka, an enigmatic gate carved into a massive stone lies amidst rocky formations, making this site a beacon for mystics worldwide.
Our Aramu Muru Tour features fascinating stops along the way. The first stop is the colonial village of Chucuito, home to the Temple of Inca Uyo, renowned for its more than 20 phallic figures carved in stone, likely linked to fertility.
Following this visit, we'll proceed to the Molloco tombs, Inca burial sites adorned with Andean religious symbols. Molloco has recently been opened to the public, offering a similar experience to the Sillustani tombs.
Ultimately, we'll arrive at the Aramu Muru gate, set in a stunning location amongst rock formations. The tour includes a short hike around the area.
