Built in the 15th century, it served as a centre of Lutheranism in the region and features a stunning blend of Gothic and Renaissance architecture, with intricate stonework and fortified walls. o Scenic Surroundings: The village of Biertan is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers a peaceful atmosphere for visitors.
