What you can expect

You can take this afternoon culinary class and then enjoy an excellent dinner made by yourself afterwards. Meet your host in the Coghlan area of the Federal Capital. In the kitchen of this local expert chef, you'll prepare traditional dishes, learn all their secrets, and also gain insight into local gastronomy.

The class begins with a description of the ingredients that will be used for the dishes. Then, you'll start cooking the dishes yourself with the help of a highly experienced instructor. For starters, you'll make the renowned and delicious Argentine empanadas, learning all the secrets of the filling and the dough. The main course will be beef stew: a typical Argentine dish prepared with a contemporary recipe, giving it a different flavour (ingredients: beef, rum, red wine, and mushrooms). Finally, a Semifreddo Dulce de Leche and Rum: a contemporary dessert prepared with classic Argentine ingredients. We offer a vegetarian menu option with prior reservation. All ingredients and utensils are included.

Once the class ends, sit down at the table with your host and fellow participants to enjoy your creations accompanied by a typical Argentine wine.
