We’ll begin our tour with some very unusual viaducts, which wind through the garden’s landscapes. As you walk along the elevated path, your guide will tell you about Park Güell’s history and Antoni Gaudi, the mastermind behind this dreamlike wonderland.
You’ll continue with a visit to the Casa Gaudí Museum, one of the park’s most stately houses and once home to Gaudi himself. Your host will tell you more about Gaudi’s life and his impact on architecture.
Your next stop is the Rosary Pathway, a scenic pathway built atop an old Roman road. The path is lined by rounded bollards resembling Rosary beads and surrounded by lush foliage.
The pathway ends at the main terrace, a central hub of the park offering unrivalled views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea. Get your cameras ready. This is a photo op you won’t want to miss! As you make your way down, your guide will share tales of the terrace's construction, including intricate details of the serpentine bench that snakes around the space.
From the terrace, you’ll head into the Hypostyle Room, a towering space adorned with 86 Doric columns. Learn about the original purpose of this space and how it’s used to collect rainwater even today.
Next, you’ll trek to the Dragon Staircase, where you’ll meet the famed mosaic dragon and its tiled design. Your tour ends at Casa del Guardia, twin fairytale houses born from Gaudí’s imagination.
After the tour, you’ll be free to explore the park on your own. Revisit your favourite landmarks or uncover even more secrets in the park’s design.
