Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta covers áreas of La Guajira, Palomino and, of course, Santa Marta. From this stunning mountain ranges, the Palomino River emerges, and it meets the sea. And there are many ways to enjoy the river while you are in Palomino. One of these is on a paddle board down its calm waters. In this tour, you will be able to do a different plan, something that you will not find easily elsewhere in Colombia.

The guide will pick you up and in only 10 minutes you will get to the river in an area called Caracoli. Once there the guide will give you the paddle and the board and a life jacket. The guide will also give you safety recommendations and a short lesson on how to do it if you are new to it.
