Huoshan Park——The area is only the size of the street garden; although small, it has a quite long and hazy history. Huoshan Park is located at the crossroads on the south side of Zhoushan Road, very close to Tilanqiao Prison, a Jewish area that took refuge in Shanghai during World War II. There is a glass-covered nameplate in the park, which is hung by the Hongkou District People’s Government and the Israeli Consulate General in Shanghai, to commemorate that period. The old city renovation project in Hongkou District continues to eat away at the surrounding areas, hoping that the historical areas and buildings around Huoshan Park will survive because of its cultural status
