If it weren’t for Pittsburgh being split by 3 rivers, there’s a good chance there may not be enough water to support this many breweries in one city! From the smallest, newest nano-breweries to independent craft breweries with age-old history, we sought out the brewers who helped bring craft beer to the ‘burgh and focused on developing strong relationships with each of them so we could give you unfettered access to their spaces and suds. Our tour itineraries vary amongst several great breweries including Strange Roots, Allegheny City Brewing, Couch Brewing and other described below.

Hop Farm Brewing Company is a woman-owned, family-run brewery in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh, PA. At Trace Brewing in Pittsburgh, PA, they brew a little bit of everything for everyone. This Bloomfield area hot spot was built inside an old brass and bronze foundry from 1900 and celebrates the old with its vaulted ceilings, old growth wood and brick structure as well as the new with its graffiti, neon lights, and massive steel tanks.
