Around 09:00 am after breakfast, we will take you up from any hotel in North Goa. Your tour begins with a visit to Fort Aguada, a fortification built by the Portuguese in the 16th century to fend off Maratha and Dutch incursions. The name of this location is derived from the Portuguese word “Aqua,” which is a synonym for water in both Spanish and Portuguese. The sailors used to use this fort's fresh water spring in earlier times.
The Agnada Lights House, one of the oldest in all of Asia, is the next place you go to see. It used to emit lights every seven minutes to guide sailors. You proceed towards Saligoan Church, which is the small settlement of Saligo, after visiting the lighthouse. This Church is a stunning example of architecture that shines out in the area's lush vegetation and rural lifestyle. All of this sightseeing should have made you hungry, allowing you to savour the local cuisine at the same renowned restaurant. Your next stop will be the renowned Calangute and Baga Beach, which are a traveler's dream.
Additionally, you go to Angora Beach, which will provide you the utmost peace. The last beach on your itinerary is Vagator, where you may visit the well-known Chaurangi Nath Temple, which is devoted to Lord Shiva and is located away from the village life. Later, you visit Morjim Beach, which is situated on the Chapora River's north shore. Your North Goa trip will come to an end when our driver returns you to your hotel.
