What you can expect

Day 1

After pick-up in Lombok, travel to Senaru Village and begin your trek to Senaru rim. Walk through the forest and admire the plantation and trees. Keep an eye out for black or brown monkeys as you stop for breaks and snacks along the way. Once at Senaru rim, set up camp and enjoy sleeping under the stars.

Day 2

Following a hot breakfast, hike to Segara Anak Lake and take a dip in a nearby natural hot spring. After enjoying lunch by the beautiful lake, hike up to Sembalun crater rim to watch the sunset and camp overnight.

Day 3

Prepare to hike up to the summit following a light breakfast. Once you reach the summit, admire the beautiful views of Lombok Island, Bali, Mountain Tambora in Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake. Then, trek down to Sembalun crater for a hot breakfast and a rest before making your way back to Sembalun village for a transfer to your next destination.
