You will try 4 different wines from the Herzegovina region, autochthonous Žilavka and Blatina varieties from local producers. Your guide will explain the hierarchy of Herzegovina wines and advise you of names you should be looking for when you select your own bottle. He will also introduce you to the characteristics of each of the served wines and teach you how to use all of the senses to fully appreciate their taste.
