We will tell you about the uniqueness, typicality and quality of our organic and artisanal products and we will tell you about our organic cultivations. - We will take a relaxing walk in the vineyard, among the rows of Trebbiano Modenese, the typical grape of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP. - At the end we will offer you a Gourmet Tasting of our artisanal products combined with local SLOW FOOD and ORGANIC excellences. We will combine different types of local cheeses with different types of vinegar, jams with vinegar and dried fruit. In addition to the cheeses, you can combine the Extra-Old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar aged over 25 years with seasonal products and, to end on a sweet note, with a delicious Chocolate Cake and Traditional Ice Cream!
