  • Please contact us 72 hours prior to travel date to confirm your exact departure time for Muir Woods and Alcatraz. The National Park Service is restricting access to Muir Woods National Monument, and departure times for Muir Woods can vary depending on our parking assignments.
  • A government issued photo ID is required for every person going to Alcatraz Island. Photocopies of passports are accepted as valid identification for anyone 18 and older.
  • To confirm your Alcatraz Tour, we will need the following information 5 days prior to your tour: First and surname along with ages of all passengers.
  • We will have your Alcatraz Vouchers / departure time available for pick up at (Pier 41, San Francisco, CA 94133) up to 72-hours prior to your departure date, we require you to ensure that your vouchers are picked up no later than 8:00 AM PST on the day of your departure.
  • Please select the departure location that is closest to you, and check in 15' prior departure time set.
  • Departure point 1: 478 Post St. SF (Union Square Area) - Departs at 7:40 AM
  • Departure point 2: 2805 Leavenworth St. (Fisherman's Wharf Area) - Departs at 8:00 AM
