Mamoiada, is a small town in central Sardinia, located in the Barbagia di Ollolai, known to most for its traditional masks, namely Mamuthones and Issohadores, a typical and traditional masks of Sardinia.
In recent years, however, food and wine tourism has been spreading more and more, due to the increasingly assiduous presence in the area of small and large wine producers and many restaurants where you can taste the typical cuisine of the area and Sardinia.
Our proposal provides to welcome you in our vintage sofa, or if you prefer can sit down and taste your wine on our 50s TV coffee table, in a very homemade environment, where you can always feel at ease.
We give you the opportunity to try 3 glasses of wine from Mamoiada; 1 glass of Cannonau wine, (typical grape of this region), 1 glass of rosé Cannonau wine, 1 glass of Granatza wine (Autochthonous gold wine of Mamoiada), all accompanied by a plate of local cold cuts (salami, ham, pancetta) and cheese (semi-cured and cured pecorino cheese) bruschettas and a plate of pane frattau (tipycal sardinian main course), we can define it as a real lunch.
If you are not a true wine lover, we can offer you an alternative with excellent craft beers (same food with a can or bottle of Sardinian craft beer) or a cup of tea produced especially for us by a renowned herbalist's shop.
Let us know any of your intolerances, or lifestyles (for example if you are vegan, vegetarian etc…), we will try to satisfy your every request.
