What you can expect

Starting with the cacao bean, you’ll work with quality ingredients to make truffles and a gourmet chocolate bar with your favourite fruits and/or nuts inside. At the end of the class you get to take home what you made!

You’ll learn all the stages of working with chocolate including:

Extracting the chocolate from the raw cacao bean

Tempering chocolate

Making chocolate moulds with ganache

Filling chocolate moulds with creams and milk chocolate

Proper chocolate melting and cooling techniques

And of course, lots of eating chocolate
