Pass Eligibility:

• Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a “Temporary Visitor” Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product
• Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a Jr Central Ise-KumanoWakayama. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied
• Japanese passport holders who have been residing outside of Japan for 10+ years are eligible to use a Jr Central Ise-Kumano-Wakayama if they have 1) a valid Japanese passport and 2) a Copy of Overseas Residential Registration/Certificate of Overseas Residence from the Japanese embassy or legation of Japan in your foreign country of residence

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellation and Non-refundable
• Refunds are for unused Exchange Orders only. For redeemed JR Passes, contact the local JR offices instead
• No compensations will be given for expenses incurred due to accommodation, meals, and transport
• JR Pass Exchange Orders may be refunded within 30 days after booking as long as The Exchange Order has not been exchanged for a JR Pass, stolen or lost
• No refunds will be provided for cases of local schedule change, suspended services, and stolen, damaged, or lost Exchange Orders
• 70 “percentage” refund will be given for cancelations, after we receive the physical MCO at the Globaltix Office
• If you have already received your exchange order, please return the physical exchange order when requesting a cancellation. Otherwise, no cancellation allowed
