Enoteca Tibi is a small business on Lake Garda, Castelnuovo del Garda. Here you will find Italian and foreign wines and spirits for sale. During the tasting of the four Italian gins we will learn about different types of gin. We will talk about the production, the botanicals and we will try to find various aromas in the glass. As a start, we taste the gins alone and then combined with various tonics. It will be a tasting and fun journey. The tasting will be accompanied by mini portions paired with gin/gin tonic.
The gins being tasted vary according to the period but are still of various types.
