Hong Kong Disneyland, officially opened on September 12, 2005, is built and operated by Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited, a joint venture between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and The Walt Disney Company. It is the fifth Disneyland in the world, the second in Asia, and the first in China. The amusement park is divided into 9 theme parks, namely American Town Street, Adventure World, Fantasy World, Tomorrow's World, Grizzly Valley, Iron Man Headquarters, Toy Story Base, Mystic Land, and Frozen World. Grizzly Valley and Mystic Land are unique to the world. The park is equipped with themed amusement facilities, entertainment performances, interactive experiences, catering services, commodity stores, and snack kiosks. In addition, the amusement park presents parade performances and fireworks displays every evening.
