We will learn how to choose the perfect lemons and other essential ingredients to create authentic, high-quality limoncello and/or mirto. Daniela will guide you step by step through the infusion process, from peeling the lemons to preparing the syrup and the final combination of ingredients. You will have the opportunity to taste different variations of limoncello and mirto, comparing the nuances of flavour and learning to recognise the characteristics of a well-made product. Mario & Daniela will also share valuable tips on how to best preserve your limoncello to maintain its freshness and flavour over time.
