The programme will have the following structure:
- 10:30am: Arrival
- 11:00am: Presentation of the raw foods and full explanation of the history of the dishes and their preparation, giving tips for success.
- 12:30pm: Starters: codfish fritters, roasted chorizo with cornbread and olives. Tasting of the selected wines and their characteristics.
- Main Dish preparation: ex. Codfish with cornbread, Roast pork with saffron baked rice.
- Dessert Preparation: ex. Custard tarts.
- 1:00 pm: Lunch tasting.
