Mt. Seoraksan is a beautiful stretch of highland covering 398.5 square kilometres of impressive peaks, numerous waterfalls, big temples and stunning views. Situated in Gangwon-do province by the harbour city of Sokcho, the range has as its summit the peak of Daecheongbong, which at 1,708 metres is the third highest in the country and places it above the clouds.
Dinosaur Ridge gets its name for its likeness to a dinosaur’s spiked back. It provided for a majestic scene but also a difficult up and down repetition throughout the trail. It usually takes about 10 hours to climb it along dinosaur hiking trail.
